| Tiivistelmä: | At the International Copyright Meeting in Locarno on March 26 the Chinese legal expert said some progress had been made towards the introduction of copyright law in China.According to the proposed draft China will provide protection for works first published there. They wish to adopt the best features of overseas copyright systems studying the law texts of 30 countries.The copyright term is set at 50 years after death. |
