| Tiivistelmä: | STEMRA's central licensing and accounting deal with Polygram caused the dispute between GEMA, the West German authors' society and STEMRA, the Dutch mechanical rights society. Now GEMA has withdrawn the termination of its contract with STEMRA. As a result of the resumed agreement, GEMA's accounting procedures will be on a quarterly basis in line with the STEMRA system. Mechanicals for PolyGram and CBS product in West Germany will be paid to GEMA. |
