| Tiivistelmä: | Whitebread Inns expects all its bar staff to be well trained and it uses its computer network to help with staff training. The problem was not how to carry out the training but how to measure the results. So they developed a programme which tests the knowledge of employees undergoing basic induction training. This initiative is part of a wider package of training for employees at all levels. |
