| Tiivistelmä: | Starting from the middle of November last year, the prices of grain, edible oil and vegetable in both Jiangxi and Jiangsu provinces have been soaring fast and sharply. Although the situation was quickly under control, its follow up influence has been strong. So the following issues should be taken into account: The state reserve of grain and edible oil and the reserve of operating-oriented grain departments should be managed separately. The state should take into full account the interests of peasants and consumers as well as the inclination of the local governments in distributing areas and producing areas while formulating the measures for parity prices of grain and edible oil. |
