| Tiivistelmä: | To date, the Republic of China on Taiwan (hereinafter Taiwan or the ROC) is not yet a contracting party to the GATT and, for that reason, it did not take part in either the Tokyo Round or the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations held under the auspices of the GATT. Hence, Taiwan has never formally adopted the Anti-Dumping Code agreed to in the Tokyo Round Negotiations. |
