| Tiivistelmä: | Difficulties in minimizing regional gaps of development lie in the necessity of maintaining stable economic growth of coastal developed areas to narrow the gap between these areas and the world level; the decrease of resources allocated by the state with each passing day; unlikely large scale flow of international capital into the west in the near future; and the enormous potential for further development along the eastern coast. The alternative would be to integrate rational macro policies with self reliance of regions of Central and West China in a perfect way. |
