| Tiivistelmä: | Beijing and Hong Kong have their own superiority in developing information technology industry. They may take the following forms of co-operation: 1. listing on Hong Kong united securities exchange by using the fund-raising function of Hong Kong international financial centre and promoting Beijing's information technology industry by using the international funds, 2. making investment jointly information technology industry, 3. inviting bid at home or inviting the scientists and technicians in Beijing for the design of information technology products after the projects for development are determined by the quarters concerned in Hong Kong. This paper also raises suggestions on how to promote co-operation in this line between Beijing and Hong Kong. |
