| Tiivistelmä: | Among the 300 and more information service network system in China, the majority is in great loss due to lacking information resources. Some examples are as follows: 1) Internet is English-based and is impossible to get hot in the information consumption of the local people. 2) The investment in inforamtion service business is over 100 billion RMB, out of which below 5% in information resource only. 3) In this field, there is no uniform standard, thus, it's hard for the existing 1000-odd databases to be commercialized. 4) There are to many information services businesses with quite some stereotyped and repetitive construction problems. 5) Access to net costs too much and users number quite less, thus, it's inevitable to suffer losses in the whole sector. |
