| Tiivistelmä: | The backward ness of family informanization is a major restrictive factor influencing the development of informanization in Shaanxi province. The backward economic, cultural and educational development are the direct reasons for it. The top major restrictive factor affecting the speed of future informanization development is the extreme backward ness of the rural informanization in that province. The measures for the future informanization development are as follows: popularizing the knowledge on informanization, application and operation of computers, speeding up the development of rural informanization, and vigorously developing information industry. |
