| Tiivistelmä: | Increasing the issuance of national debt is an effective way to promote high-speed economic growth. With the development of market economy and deepening of financial system reform, residents, nonfinancial enterprises and financial institutions all need to have quite amount of national debt in order to satisfy the demand of asset mobility and risk prevention. Besides, it is also an effective way to free China from the influence of the economic crisis occurred in its neighboring countries, increased the domestic demand and promote economic development. |
