| Tiivistelmä: | To make full use of the combination effect of fiscal and monetary policies, first the central bank should function as the "government bank", providing the state revenue with special loans, which has the characteristics of interest free and super long-term. Second, the state revenue directionally pour capital into the economics, implement capital replacement for the debt of enterprises and reduce the unhealthy bank obligation proportion. Third, we should try to accumulate and utilize social funds through the role of finance as a lever and integrate enterprise investment and expansion with realignment and transformation. |
