Tiivistelmä: | The main factors which restrict the consumption credit are that the Chinese people have always been advocating industry and thrift and keeping expenditures within the limits of income and not accustomed to it. In addition, the commercial banks lay down a series of complicated credit formalities in order to avoid risk, which discourage consumers' enthusiasm. Besides, there are no related stipulations for consumption credit in China's existing guarantee and insurance laws and regulations and a lot of consumers finally give up consumption credit because it is difficult for them to provide guaranties which accord to the demand of the banks. |
