| Tiivistelmä: | Judging by the international exports situation, there has been over-capacity in the processing industry and the prices of raw materials and primary products have remained low in the past few years. The competitiveness of export commodities in those Asian countries suffering from financial crisis is increased owing to their currency devaluation, which makes it more difficult for our country to increase exports. Many years of redundant construction causes serous over-capacity of in general secondary industries. With exports blocked and domestic consumption market sluggish the stability of economic growth will be affected. The positive fiscal policies are the special policies for a special period but cannot be used continuously and permanently. |
