| Tiivistelmä: | High price is the major problem facing the housing market. The reason is that there are some irrational factors in fixing the housing price. First, there are too many charge items. In Jiangsu province there are nearly to administrative charge items related to housing construction. There are 10 operational charge items. Second there are too many taxes on the real estate and some tax rates are on the high side and some are levied repeatedly. Third, the land costs are high. Countermeasures: we should get rid of the irrational charge items and reduce some taxes, encourage the residents to purchase housing, adopt vigorous measures to cultivate the secondary and third market of housing and further develop housing consumption credit. |
