| Tiivistelmä: | The following are the approaches which can be used to break through monopoly. First, we can achieve the goal of breaking through monopoly by developing China unicom without disintegrating the present telecom structure. Second, we can break up China telecom and realign it. third, More companies should be allowed to enter the business of telecom network installation and service. Fourth, We can directly transfer some of the managerial areas and business of China telecom to China unicom. Fifth, we can amalgamate nation-wide cable TV companies into a big one, allowing it handle ordinary telecom business. |
