| Tiivistelmä: | The income restriction on the resident consumer demand: the overall level of the income growth of the urban and rural residents is going down. Income differentials are increasingly larger. The relation of distribution is not reasonable and income expectation is not optimistic. The policies proposed: accelerate the industrial structural readjustment, open all possible channels for employment, increase resident income; standardize primary distribution, further the readjustment and control of redistribution, straighten out the relation of distribution; encourage individual labors to invest in human capital and increase resident expected income. |
