| Tiivistelmä: | The burden rate of China's national debt rose from 1 percent in 1981 to 9.5 percent in 1998. Since 1994 the dependence degree of China's State revenue has always been over 50 percent and in 1998 it was above 100 percent. Judging from the economic aggregate, the scale of the national debt is not so large, but from the fiscal revenue and expenditure the debt scale is too large. Risk factors: first, China is a developing country. Second the bank's bad assets have become a government burden. Third, the expansionary speed of the amount of national debt is quite fast and therefore exert repayment pressure on the government. |
