| Tiivistelmä: | The irrational investment orientation of foreign investors makes China's industrial market structures distorted to a certain degree and also renders China's industrial upgrading excessively depend upon foreign companies. In order to guarantee the industrial safety we should not only pay special attention to the internal causes but also the external factors. First, we should do well the fundamental safeguarding work next, we should guide and control foreign investment in China, especially that of the transnational companies. Still next, we should perfect related laws and regulations and supervise and manage direct foreign investment in an all-round way. Finally, we should to a certain degree protect home industries and increase their competitiveness. |
