| Tiivistelmä: | There was greater demand for energy and raw materials in the first three quarters but the problem of glut still remained and prices were still fluctuating at a lower level. From January to September the demand was picking up and the market was comparatively animate with the gross sales of society-wide production goods hitting 2970 billion yuan, up 7 percent over the corresponding period. The recession in price was slowing down. The general level of prices of production goods in the first three quarters fell by 3.5 percent over the same period, which, seen from the dynamic trend, obviously decelerated. Imports increased dramatically and exports also recovered. The social stock decreased to a certain degree. |
