| Tiivistelmä: | Of China's offshore investment enterprises, the sole enterprises account for 20 percent, joint ventures 70 percent, others 10 percent. Most of the enterprises invest in resources development and processing industries with the characteristic of small investment scale and small and medium-sized projects. Newly established enterprises dominates over the offshore investment with a small number of stock-purchase enterprises. To develop China's offshore investment we should work out practical strategies and comprehensive programs and establish an offshore investment inventive mechanism to encourage large-sized enterprise groups to invest abroad. |
