| Tiivistelmä: | There is a lot of tools to transform global corporate goals into personal targets for managers. One of them is the use of a profit sharing system. A successful example created by a growing enterprise is described in detail, differentiated on management levels. Starting with the marketing, the applications have been enlarged on managers in finance, accounting and production. Based on about fifteen years of experience the structure of the profit sharing system is analyzed, modifications which turned out to be necessary are explained, and the underlying assumptions are specified. |
