| Tiivistelmä: | To strengthen the combination of technology and trade is the inevitable choice in participating in world economic competition. The next ten years will be a period for rapid development of science and technology and the depth, width and pare of application of scientific and technological achievements in production and practice in this period with surpass any period in history. There are over 10 million identity workers and technicians and more than 5000 independent research institutions in China. China has favorable conditions to avail itself to its own scientific and technological resource superiorities to develop intellect-intensive and technology-intensive industries, to promote commercialization of high-tech results and to actively take part in international division of labor and competition. |
