| Tiivistelmä: | Joint ventures have become an important force of the economic development of China. Nevertheless, international technological renovation resources have not flown into China. Joint ventures in China still are deficient in renovation resources and ability. The ways to improve the present situation of allocation of international technological renovation resources should be: competition should be introduced and enterprises should be promoted to be research and development oriented; the link between research institutions and joint ventures; and the direction of investment of transnational companies should be guided. |
