| Tiivistelmä: | Presently, in developed countries, the attribution of advanced technology to economic development has reached 60%ΓΌ80% , in China only 30%where also got a rate of 29% from 1964 to 1982, remaining on the low level of 30% in 1980s. Such measures should be taken so as to change the present situation as break the administrative mechanism run along double tracks of economy and technology; stimulate enterprises' inner power to innovate technology by means of tax and price. |
