| Tiivistelmä: | In market economic system, government interference for firm's technological innovation is not only necessary but also with some theoretical basis. It is one of the important policy task for government. Innovation policy is in some ways different with traditional science and technology policy, and it is closely related to industrial policy. Innovation is the most critical aspect for improve national competitiveness, and is most promising way in future for economic growth. The tasks of innovation policy include create and maintenance a national R & D infrastructure, support innovation firms, eliminate innovation barriers, develop a innovation culture and education. |
