| Tiivistelmä: | Calculated according to Douglas production function technique the proportions of the function of the factor of technological progress in the growth of national economy, are 19% for China, and 20%, 50%, 70% for the advanced countries in the 1920s, in the 1950s to 1960s and now respectively. China enjoys a great potential of promoting technological progress. So the following systems necessary for technological progress should be established and perfected. They are imputes, operational, carrier, orbit, fundamental and controlling systems. The technology market should be established and perfected too. |
