| Tiivistelmä: | To highlight the investment in technical transformation is key to making the provincial economy leap back to the front rank of the national economy during the ninth five-year plan period and in the next century. The identification of the focus of technical transformation investment should be market-oriented so as to avoid blindness. To start up with the technical transformation investment, we have to lay the ground to ascertain the present resources situation, to identify the proper technology and to take the following four factors into account: application, economy, advancement and leading superiority. |
