| Tiivistelmä: | Among the factors restricting the shift of economic growth mode in China, the basic one is the unbalance of production factors, especially the outstanding contradiction between more laborers, less funds and a shortage of advanced technology. To promote employment by technological progress, we should perfect the self-restraint mechanism of enterprises for income distribution and the supervision and restraint mechanism of the whole people owner as the main body besides having conditions for selecting and creating technology. To solve the problem of insufficient funds, the key is to reform investment system, strengthen its management and raise its efficiency. |
