| Tiivistelmä: | Core abilities are aggregate of a set of skills and technology. Enterprises' core abilities are generally divided into operating ability and ssytem ability. Some ones even have innovating ability. The objective of competition among enterprises, in fact, should be to establish the status of monopoly or approaching monopoly as closely as possible in the field of a certain core ability. Enterprises managerial personnel should understand and actively participate in the management work of core abilities. First, they should find out the existing core abilities. Then, they should make a plan on how to acquire them and foster new core abilities and keep their leading status. |
