| Tiivistelmä: | After a brief examination of the neoclassic increase theory, this article make comments about every branch of the new increase theory respectively, thus draw a new increase theory, the theoretical explanation that the knowledge accumulation and technology advancement is the decisive elements of economic upsurge by the new increase theory and the expound of the mechanism to realize technology advancement fill the gaps existing in the western economic theory. It can explain the economic growth in some aspects and have certain reference evaluation for the government of various countries to formulate growth policy. But the new growth theory has some severe defects in the respects of its infrastructure, analysis method and the structure of the production function. |
