| Tiivistelmä: | At present, China's enterprises should improve their ability to make technological innovation, accelerate the process of "learning in working" and gradually form China's high and new technology industry through devoting major efforts to introduce and share foreign technological progress. The learning process includes:(1) learning through multi- channels such as imitating, introducing and practicing, to enhance the quality and speed of economic growth; (2) making "national innovation system" to function as fully as possible to gain better spreading and re-innovation effect of introduced advanced technology and imported key facility; (3)introducing external competitive pressure through the entrance of foreign products and enterprises; (4) enlarging the import of resource product, maintaining the basic balance of international payments. |
