| Tiivistelmä: | Science and technology is the core of knowledge economy. High-technology industry is the principal of knowledge, but high content of technology and scientific reform do not equal to knowledge economy. The perfect knowledge should be a systematic project in which science and technology, management science and the humanities keep abreast one another. Considering China's concrete situation, we should construct knowledge economy with Chinese characteristics in different regions and levels, combine the strategy of education and sci-tech development with knowledge economy. And on the basis of market manipulation, China can perfect her innovationsystem, train knowledge scientific talent, restrain the outflow of talents, import the intelligence in the foreign countries, set up social classes and guide the worship consciousness in the society. |
