Reactive adaptation is not a suitable strategy because of the lags getting into the process of adaptation. With regard to the tendencies and rate of technical progress we have to build from the foundations the planning and development of human resources. The traditional philisophy of rationalization, overemphasizing the importance of specialization,is obsolete. Proposals for education,structuring of work, humanization of working life,promotion of creativity,decentralization of management functions. |
