| Tiivistelmä: | New high-tech companies encounter the same difficulties as other new companies however they also have different problems specific to their nature and environment. Their executives must implement a style of management best suited to their environment. The management of high-tech companies is the management of instability where alertness to environment, high flexibility within the organization, delegation of tasks and the ability to mobilize people to meet creative challenges are all necessary. These companies need considerable investment, offer quick growth and profit, but, on the other hand they are exposed to high risks. |
