| Tiivistelmä: | There is a lot of discourse nowadays about the effects of new technologies on personnel in the production departments, secretaries and other qualified staff. Efforts are made to confirm the efficiency of the new systems. The success of a company depends chiefly on the "technological support" of the management staff. A set of relationships is defined which creates systemic connections between information technology, the inner and outer environment of a company, and personnel. Several new requirements are identified which are to be met in the practice of management. Some changes are described in the organizational structures and in the managerial and professional careers. |
