| Tiivistelmä: | The relationship between organizational context characteristics and personnel practices is examined.Industry sector, the pursuit of innovation, manufacturing technology,and organizational structure were hypothesized to influence personnel practices. Organizational size and unionization were also investigated. Results confirmed that personnel practices vary as a function of organizational characteristics. |
