| Tiivistelmä: | A summary of the latest research developments in the area of management and technology is presented. The role of technological management and human problems associated with its application, means of financing innovation, the evaluation of new technologies and cooperation agreements in the field of R and D are examined. The objective is not to manage technology in itself as an isolated entity, but to manage the technological elements and aspects of the whole business. Moreover it is necessary to combine marketing competencies with scientific knowledge and technical skills. Thereby technological research should contribute to the management of change and diversity. |
