| Tiivistelmä: | Training, management and personnel development are integrating and interlocking elements in the introduction of new organizational processes. The introduction of new technology and the restructuring of organizational processes and functions means that personnel management must constantly redefine its functions. It must be creative and forward-looking, responding to and helping to shape developments. The author examines these issues from his standpoint as personnel director of a large trading enterprise, for many years also responsible for organization, logistics and data processing. |
