| Tiivistelmä: | In his article the author presents a practical example of a balance sheet analysis and a variant simulation of its calculations.When analysing the balance sheet the author is above all concerned with structural discrepancies between entries on the assets and liabilities sides for the specified past time periods.The emphasis in the variant simulation calculation is on establishing such measures by which all the existing structural discrepancies and any future possible loss on the balance sheet could be avoided. The main objective being that after a company has been restructured it should operate not just without any loss but also without any shortages of assets and sources of assets. This simply means that a company is expected to operate well after it has been restructured to become credit-worthy and financially sound. |
