| Tiivistelmä: | A recent survey by questionnaires shows that 18.6% of urban households and 15.6% of rural household have intention of purchasing washing machines in the years to come. It also shows that the urban and rural households that intend to purchase washing machines with two vats and automatic washing machines account for 30% and 71.7%, and 69% and 10.5% of the total urban and rural households respectively. It is estimated that the annual demand for washing machines will be about 12.15-13.40 million. The potential consumption demand will increase moderately and so the washing machine market will still be brisk. |
