| Tiivistelmä: | In China, the impoverished population falls into 3 kinds: nationwide, urban and rural. This paper puts forward the following measures to accelerate eliminating poverty and narrowing regional gap: 1. establishing and perfecting the aid-the-poor system, 2. developing with great efforts agriculture and resources industry with characteristics, starting from the different local superiorities, 3. lightening, as soon as possible, rural areas burden in collected fees, 4. launching anti-illiteracy company to create the necessary personnel condition for accelerating socioeconomic development. |
