| Tiivistelmä: | To develop housing industry, we should take the following measures: 1. activating the commodity housing lying idle and a stock of building property by means of macro regulation and control. For the development enterprises with commodity housing in stock beyond the set proportion, examination and approval of their next year's development plans are not granted. 2. the public houses purchased by staff and workers, which allow of circulation on market; 3. imposing no restriction on the target purchasing commodity houses sold internally; 4. developing real estate intermediary service and providing the service of exchanging and re-adjusting houses; 5. readjusting rent for public houses step by step and pursuing accumulation fund system and taking effective measures to control free welfare housing allocation. |
