Their annual output value and annual profits are over 30 billion yuan and 4 billon yuan respectively. The following are attributed to the formation of environmental protection market as a new "hot point": 1. The environmental protection industry which priority will be given to the development of in the coming more than decade in the state's plan of industrial development, will develop at a speed higher than that of national economy; 2.
