| Tiivistelmä: | Facing the era of knowledge economy, the management of enterprises should develop towards modern enterprise system, value-stressing, systematized and internationalized management. The "nuclear weapon" of enterprise competition is to make the workers get re-education. If an enterprise can not obtain in time and accurately the knowledge on domestic and overseas markets, consumption fad and its opponents in competition, its global competitive force equals zero. In a word, We must turn enterprises into knowledge innovation-type ones for the coming era of knowledge economy. This is the first strategic task facing us. |
