| Tiivistelmä: | To accelerate the cultivation of residential housing industry as the new economic growth point, two things are must. One is to reduce house prices by decreasing tax fee and cutting cost. The other is to raise residents' income so that house prices are compatible with the income of broad wager earners. To this end, on one hand, we must develop economy. On the other hand, we have to realize monetarilization of welfare housing allocation through straightening out distribution relationship. At the same time, we should speed up the reform of housing system and strengthen the legal system of real estate, perfect the primary housing market and develop the secondary one, and practise the system of mortgage loans for personal house purchase. |
