| Tiivistelmä: | The level difference of economic regions refers to the level difference in soft and hard environment constituted by many factors, which affect the regional economic development. The hard environment refers to the possibility of sustained economic development which is restricted by such factors as geographical location, local resources and industrial structure. The soft environment, however, refers to the degree of influence of People's values and cultural tradition on sustainable economic development. Studies of this issue would help people to analyze the reasons for regional disparity scientifically and objectively, possibly make them have a new understanding of being prosperous and poverty and provide scientific basis for formulating the strategy of regional economic development. |
