| Tiivistelmä: | The building industry of Nantong city has become the pillar industry in the national economy of the whole city. Now there are 11 grade-1, 54 grade-2, 145 grade-3, 175 grade-4 building enterprises with more than 200 grade-1 project managers. Now they are facing such problems as unsound macro environment, serious regional blockade and being in arrears with payment for projects, lower concentration degree of enterprises, weak internal control power and lack of qualified personnel. Since there is great potential in development of building industry because of the increase of housing demand, we should take the following measures making structural adjustment and implementing group business strategy; developing market; promoting sci-tech progress; doing well in personnel training; increasing input in equipment and practising scientific management. |
