| Tiivistelmä: | About 2400 residence cooperatives have been established in 105 cities in China. Their types are the social residence cooperative established by the government's related organizations, the cooperative for transforming unsafe buildings, established by residents in the unsafe buildings area, which were organized by the government's related organ and the system residence cooperative established by the staff and workers of units under a department or a system. Such cooperatives incorporate the principle of housing funds being borne by the state, units and individuals. It will be favourable to deepening housing reform. In the future, the government will give more support to them. Besides, the legal relationship of residence cooperatives should be straightened out and their organs and duties standardized. |
