| Tiivistelmä: | Statistics show that the number of cities has risen up to 668, 3 times that in 1980. The process to urbanization has built up lots of problems needing urgent solutions. The top problems are the swell of urban population, the polluted urban environment and the backward urban infrastructure. Following are some problems accounting for "urban disease": the blindness and spontaneity leading to randomness and uncontrollability,the barrier between different departments and regions and so on. To prevent and cure the "urban disease" four relations should be well handled. They are relations between market approach and government control, resource development and protection of resource and environment, urbanization and industrialization and external expansion and internal improvement. |
