| Tiivistelmä: | Jiangsu is a better developed province in China. comparatively, the output value of high-tech industry is still rather low in proportion. More foreign owned enterprises and more back-end lines make it hard to shape up highly efficient industry. Furthermore, the identification of high and new technology has not close tie with economic development. The first thing is to identify and give priority to high-tech industry such as electronic information, bio-tech and pharmaceutical facilities and new materials. In addition, large-sized group companies and publicly owned scientific and technological business should be relied on for high-tech development. |
